Der IVPU reprsentiert ber 90 % des Polyurethan- Dmmstoffmarktes in Deutschland. Diese Umwelt- Produktdeklaration basiert auf gewichteten Mittelwerten, bestimmt auf Basis der Einzelwerte aus den Produktionswerken der genannten Herstellerfirmen (siehe Abschnitt 3.1). Systemgrenze: Die Art der EPD nach EN 15804 ist von der Wiege zum Werkstor mit Optionen, den Modulen C1-C4 und Modul D. Die kobilanz betrachtet folgende Punkte des Lebenszyklus: Rohstoffgewinnung und -bereitstellung (A1) Transporte der Rohstoffe (A2) Herstellung inklusive Verpackung (A3) Transport zur Baustelle (A4) Einbau ins Gebude (thermische Verwertung der Verpackungsabflle) (A5) Transport zum End-of-Life (C2) Abfallbehandlung: Energie fr Schredder (C3) thermische Verwertung (PU Schaum) (C3) Recycling- bzw. Die Produkte werden in Form von Platten ohne oder mit flexiblen Deckschichten hergestellt. | Technology description including background system | Polyurethane rigid foam insulation boards with flexible mineral fleece facings are produced in a continuous process on a double belt line. In this process, the polyurethane reaction mixture pours from a mixing head onto the bottom mineral fleece facing, where it foams up and glues – still within the line's pressure area – with the top mineral fleece facing. After passing the double belt line, the foam boards are cut to the desired dimensions. | ||
